The Board works year-round however, the meetings are Seasonal approx. Nov-Apr

• Board of Directors Meeting: 2nd Monday/Month
• General Membership Meeting: 3rd Monday/Month (except January)

Please remember to arrive before meeting starts, sign-in, and bring your current year HOA membership card for eligibility to vote!  One vote per lot/unit.  Remember to also wear your Bayshore name tag. Thank You.

NOTE:  The January 2026 meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 20 due to the MLK holiday on Monday the 19th.
