Bayshore Village Residents Christmas Day Potluck Meal at 1pm in the clubhouse.  Hosted by The Baileys.  Thank You Cliff & Janice!

Please join us for a great meal, camaraderie, and fun!

• Sign-up in the clubhouse*
• Ham & potatoes will be furnished (thank you ARC and HOA); and thank you to the Bailey’s and team for obtaining & preparing.
• Guests are to bring:
• their table service, a side dish or dessert to share (serving at least 8-10), a beverage of their choice (Coffee & Ice Tea provided)
• Wear your Bayshore name tag.
• Wear your ‘Outstanding Christmas Top’ (i.e., ugly sweater or shirt).
• BRING a new or ‘like new’ used wrapped gift (up to $20 value) if you’d like to participate in the White Elephant Gift Exchange Game.
• NOTE:
• 50/50 raffle tickets may be available for purchase, and
• A ‘white elephant’ gift game is anticipated to be played.  One exchange. (see details on the bulletin board posting)
• Join in on a parade of ‘Outstanding Top” contestants.  Voting by secret ballot.

*NOTE:  Tickets and/or Sign-Up is to aid the event organizer in knowing how many guests, how much food and other product to purchase and prepare, and for set-up. Thank you for your support and understanding.
